    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • - The sink is not sealed properly on either side, and water is dripping down onto the wooden cupboards and causing water damage. A plastic barrier was being used to try to prevent this but was unsuccessful and was accumulating a mold-like substance. Please remove plastic, clean and disinfect the area, and seal the sides of the sink properly so surrounding cupboards are not being water damaged. - The dishwashing sink faucet had come loose from the wall. Please re-attach bracket and secure sink faucet. - Some of the cupboard drawers have warped and are no longer able to be fully closed, leaving equipment and utensils within open to contamination. Please repair drawers.

      • Water staining observed on one of the ceiling tiles in the kitchen. Please ensure there are no active leaks and replace the ceiling tile.Outstanding as of October 8, 2026

      • The hood vents had a build-up of grease and dust. Please clean them and add to routine cleaning checklist.
