      • Personal items such a jacket and a bag were stored with food products on the bags of pizza flour and canned tomatoes. Both items were removed during inspection.- Store personal items separate from food handling or food storage areas. Designate a storage area for staff to store their personal belongings.

      • Scoop without handle was observed inside one of the flour bins on the bulk bin storage shelving. Food handlers removed scoop was removed during inspection.Use washable, clean scoops with handles for bulk food products, such as flour or sugar to prevent cross contamination during handling.

      • Blocks of cheese in a bin was stored in the walk-in cooler uncovered. Cover all foods during storage.Boxes of packaged chicken wings were stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer.- Store all foods at least 6-inches off the floor.

      • Patches mould contamination was observed on the walls, silicone caulking around the 3-compartment dishwashing sink.Mould spores can cause severe respiratory infections and exacerbate existing conditions in immunocompromised individuals. Safely clean up mould using the recommended procedures, otherwise consult with a mould remediationspecialist for their services.

      • The lid and exterior surfaces of the storage bins used for flour, pizza flour and sugar were dirty with accumulated dust and debris. - Wash and sanitize surfaces and lids of food storage bins and scoops used for these food products.
