- - A probe thermometer was not functioning. Please obtain a working thermometer to verify food temperatures.- The stand-up cooler was missing an internal monitoring thermometer. Please ensure all coolers are equipped with thermometers to monitor internal temperatures.Photos were later provided showing functioning thermometers.

- No pest control records were available for review. Please ensure pest control measures are in place. Please maintain pest control records. The AHS pest control checklist will be provided in the closing comments section of this report and will also be sent by email.

- The facility was generally clean and well maintained; however, minor food debris was observed on the slicer. Please ensure the slicer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after use. The operator provided photos of the cleaned slicer.

- No sanitizer solution was prepared while food prep was taking place.Corrective action: Please ensure sanitizer buckets are prepared and in use before food prep begins.

- Some fryer baskets have pieces of metal not attached to basket rim that can potentially pose a physical contamination risk to food.Please repair or replace baskets.
