      • 1) Pioneer 1 - the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the room. Please repair.

      • 1) Explorer 2/3 - toy bins were observed to be dirty with dust and crumbs. Please clean.2) Explorer 3 - the edges of the sensory lid was wearing, exposing wood edging which is not easily cleanable. Please repair or replace.3) Navigator 1 / Explorer 1 / Pioneer 3 - Floor mat was wearing and was not easily cleanable. Please remove or replace.4) Pioneer 3 - the grey fabric chair cover on the fabric chair with the lining exposed. Replacement required.5) Explorer 4 - pink yoga blocks had chew and bite marks are were not easily cleanable. Please remove or replace.
