      • Used cleaning cloths were observed in various areas of the facility without a sanitizer residual. Store cleaning cloths in sanitizer solutions when they are not being used.

      • Bowls were being used as scoops and stored directly in bulk food items. Use a scoop with a handle and store in a way that protects the utensils and food from contamination.

      • Unlabeled containers containing sanitizer are used to store chemicals.Ensure all food and chemical containers are properly labeled.
