    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Cleaning cloths were noted to be stored on prep counter. Please be advised that all cleaning cloths must be stored in a sanitizing solution (chlorine solution at 100 ppm, quaternary ammonium solution at 200 ppm, Iodine solution at 12.5 ppm) at all times. Please do not store cleaning cloths on prep counter.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Staff drinks were noted to be stored on prep counter. Please designate an area to store staff drinks.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The facility was using reusable dishwasher such as knives, cutting board, condiment containers, etc at the time of inspection. The facility only noted to have one compartment sink. The operator indicated that they use JT's kithcen located in the same building. Please email local EPH office an email from the owner of JT's kitchen indicating permission to use the facility or install two more dishwashing sinks in the facility or use disposable dishes only.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A paper towel dispenser was not observed at the time of inspection. Please install the paper towel dispenser.
