- The hand sink was obstructed by a large garbage bin. Please remove the bin to ensure the sink remains easily accessible at all times.
- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- It was found that operators do not have the required food safety training to meet Section 31 of the Food Regulation. Please obtain recognized, Alberta-approved training. At least one person in care and control of the facility should hold the required certification. The link to food safety training requirements was emailed to the director onsite. A link to recognized courses will be included in the closing comments section of this report.

- - At the time of inspection, the hand sink was obstructed. Informed the staff that the hand sink must be accessible at all times to allow for easy access to handwashing during food preparation. The obstruction was removed from the handwashing sink.

- - No staff hold the required food safety certification.
