- The paper towel dispenser was noted to be empty at the time of inspection. The operator stocked the hand washing sink during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that the hand washing sink remains fully stocked at all times.

- Raw meat was noted to be stored on top of and with produce. Raw meat was moved in the bottom shelf during the inspection. The operator was further advised to designate an area to store raw meat located away from the ready to eat food items or the bottom shelf.

- 1. Cleaning cloths were noted to be stored on prep counter and inside the hand washing sink. Please be advised that cleaning cloth must be stored in a sanitizing solution at all times. Please do not store cleaning cloths on prep counters. 2. Food contact surfaces were not being sanitized.The facility uses bleach solution. Please ensure to sanitize food contact surfaces.

- 1. Food handlers were not washing hands between hands. 2. Food handlers were unaware of glove policy. 3. Food handlers clothing was observed to be covered with pet hair. Importance of hand washing, and glove policy were discussed with the operator. Hands must be washed before putting gloves and after taking them off, and between tasks. Importance of clean clothing was also discussed. Please ensure that food handlers clothing is clean.
