      • Bleach sanitizer was measured at over 1000ppm. 1000ppm is not a food safe concentration of bleach. Bleach bottle had visible debris within the mixture. Bleach sanitizer solution was remade during inspection.

      • Food products (Oats) were stored under the handwashing sink. Food products were removed from under the sink during inspection.
