Push and staple pins were noted in the daycare room.-Remove all push pins and cover staple pins with adhesive tape to prevent children's access to hazardous materials.The push pins were removed during the inspection.2. Long, tangling wire was observed in the preschool classroom.-Please keep long wires out of reach of children to prevent entanglement hazards.This infraction was corrected during the inspection.

      • The concentration of the bleach solution in the daycare classrooms was measured at 50 ppm during the inspection.-Please dilute and maintain the bleach solution at a concentration of 100–200 ppm to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces and equipment. Use the appropriate test strips to verify the concentration daily.

      • Antiseptic wipes in the kindergarten classroom expired in 2015 and 2019. This kit was discarded and a new kit was onsite. Ensure to review first aid kids at least annuall.

      • Chlorine test strips in all programs expired 2021/2022. Photos of new test strips were sent.

      • A few mouse droppings were found in one of the daycare cupboards. Ensure this area is cleaned and sanitized.
