      • Observation: 1) Exit door at the back has a gap in the door sweep underneath. The gap is large enough that a mouse could enter the kitchen and potentially contaminate food
      • 2) Unknown pooling of liquid of underneath green wire shelving beside exit door. Pooling of liquids allow for the potential breeding of insects, like flies and mosquitos.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair or install a new door sweep

      • Observation: found a couple of droppings in hard to reach areas in the back of the kitchen
      • Corrective Action(s): - Ensure floors are thoroughly cleaned, removing all droppings to determine if new activity is occurring.
      • - Pest control is on contract, follow advise provided by Pest Control company with respect to filling gaps around pipes, windows and doors.

      • 2. Fans in the walk ins need to be clean to prevent dust and debris from falling on food.
