      • Observation: found a couple of droppings in hard to reach areas in the back of the kitchen
      • Corrective Action(s): - Ensure floors are thoroughly cleaned, removing all droppings to determine if new activity is occurring.
      • - Pest control is on contract, follow advise provided by Pest Control company with respect to filling gaps around pipes, windows and doors.

      • Observation: 1. Food debris and grease is starting to build up on the floors in hard to reach areas under and behind equipment including inside the walk in cooler and freezer.
      • 2. Dust and mildew accumulating around fans in the walk in units.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. A deep and thorough cleaning is required through out the premises especially on the floors.
      • 2. Fans in the walk ins need to be clean to prevent dust and debris from falling on food.

      • Observation: 1. Front hand wash station has no water coming out, sensor does not appear to be working.
      • 2. Hand sink in back dishwashing area did not have liquid soap.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Have front hand wash station repaired so it can be used to wash hands, use the sink in the middle until repaired.
      • 2. Have the liquid soap at the back hand sink replaced so staff can properly wash their hands before handling cleaning equipment.

      • Observation: Gap noted under back door that could allow the entrance of pests.
