      • Debris and soil were observed on Hard to reached areas (floor behind refrigeration units and stove) in the kitchen. - Remove items from the wall and clean up hard to reached areas.

      • Hand sink was being used to drain milk containers. Containers were removed from sink.Discussed with cook - Please ensure that the hand sink is kept clear of items, soap and paper towel is readily available. Hand sink should be used for handwashing between activities.

      • Strong odour was noted near the main sinks, grease trap area.It was advised that maintenance had been on site on Friday (previous week). Director was following up with maintenance.
