      • Grout holding skimmer lids in place has been cleaned out and skimmer lids are now able to be opened and accessed for cleaning.

      • The flow meter for the pool was unable to be read due to calcium buildup on the exterior as well as calcium inside the unit. GM confirmed replacement flow meters have been ordered and are scheduled to be delivered and installed on January 22.

      • The skimmer lids appeared to have been grouted and were unable to be removed to access the skimmer. Floating weirs were missing in some of the skimmers and tile debris was noted in a few skimmer baskets. Free the skimmer lids and install working weirs to ensure proper skimming action is occurring.

      • The microbiological water sample submitted on [Date] was unsatisfactory: HPC 1290 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced

      • The Waterway Suction Outlet 640-479x V 9”x9” that expire on February 28, 2025, could not be replaced due to the sump issue identified during the cover replacement.

      • Sand noted in various corners of the pool basin. Vacuum the basin and investigate cause of sand in basin. Possible causes can be related to lateral damage in the sand filter. Continue to monitor and speak with a service provider to discuss repair options.
