A 100ppm Chlorine solution was prepared at the time of inspection.**The inspection was conducted between 10am-12pm. At that time lunch had already been prepared and baking was being done. The food safety plan indicates that 3 bottles of Chlorine Sanitizer should be prepared before any food preparation and all surfaces should be sanitized. If QUAT is going to be used instead of bleach please update the safety plan.
