- Both of the two sinks present were filled with containers and blocking access to washing hands. One sink must be kept free and clear at all times when food handling is occurring to ensure food handlers can easily wash their hands. Ensure no food is in the sink when hand or dish washing occurs as it could lead to contamination.

- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The soap dispenser wasn't dispensing soap, although it was full. A new container was brought out for use. Please ensure all supplies are provided at the hand sink at all times to ensure proper hand washing can take place.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The cabinet panel to the left side of the stove has been removed for the pest control to check behind cabinets for pest activity. This has left a space open next to the stove that can be contaminated by spills as well as the raw edges of the panel and cabinets are exposed and uncleanable. Please have the panel put back in place securely.

- Fronts of the cabinets had food and debris splashed on them. Fronts and sides of equipment need to be cleaned.

- Dec. 4: wall appears to have been repaired but is again showing chips from dishes placed along the wall. A suitable material that can withstand the wear and tear is required as painted surfaces are not proving to be sufficient. The wall behind the kitchen sink is chipped in several places and has exposed drywall. Please ensure the wall is smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Repair wall and provide a suitable backsplash.
