- Observed March 23, 2026:- The peeling paint was mostly repaired but partially observed still peeling and hanging off the ceiling. Please repair and ensure surface is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.Previous violation observed January 16, 2026:- The paint in the ceiling, above the pool basin observed peeling and not in good repair. Please repair and ensure surface is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.

- Soap dispenser for pool shower is broken. Ensure this is fixed within 2 weeks. Rails on upper deck of the water slide observed to be rusted and some bars appear to be duct tape onto the rail for support. PHI had push on slide bars to determine strength of bars. Some bars have disconnected from the rail. PHI determines this is a major risk which could lead to a physical hazard such as falling to patrons. PHI has verbally ordered the slide close until this infraction is resolved.
