      • The chlorine sanitizer concentration exceeded 800 ppm and was corrected on site to approximately 100 ppm. Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at the proper concentration and routinely monitored using test strips. Chlorine test strips were present on site.

      • Handwashing sink was accessible and supplied with soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water. The paper towel dispenser was broken, resulting in food handlers touching unused paper towels when dispensing them, which may lead to contamination. Ensure the paper towel dispenser is repaired or replaced so that paper towels can be dispensed without hand contact, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination and supporting proper hand hygiene practices.
