- Chlorine test strips were expired as of June 2025. Owner is aware to replace test strips. Follow-up is required to ensure non expired test strips have been purchased. Please verify a new purchase through receipts and send them to PHI or student PHI.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The back staff bathroom had no paper towel. The owner replaced this during the inspection. However, the hand soap was fully stocked, and the sinks were in good repair and operating in a fashionable manner. Warm and cold water were both accessible. None of the sinks were noted to be obstructed.

- There is a large plastic sink for hand washing and a 2-compartment residential size stainless steel sink for dishwashing and sanitizing. Operator was advised prior to approval that a sink that can fully submerge the largest equipment is required. Bulk containers which are the majority of items requiring dishwashing do not fully fit in the sinks and cannot be submerged to soak in sanitizing solution.Please obtain a 2-compartment sink that has both sides large enough to fully submerge the bulk containers. A drying rack has been provided.
