- 1. Scoops were noted in almost all bulk containers. Please do not store scoops inside bulk food containers. 2. Staff personal items were stored with client's food in the refrigerator. Please designate an area to store staff food items located away from commercial food items.

- Chemicals were stored with utensils at the time of inspection. These chemicals were moved during the inspection. Please be advised not to store chemicals with food and food related items.

- 1. Food handlers were not washing hands between tasks. Food handlers were also unaware of glove policy. Importance of handwashing and glove policy were discussed with the operator during the inspection. Please wash hands between tasks, before putting gloves on, after taking them off and between glove change. Please wash hands.2. Food handlers were entering kitchen with their hair down.This was discussed with the operator during the inspection. Please ensure that food handlers have proper hair control prior to entering the kitchen area.
