- Several used dishes were observed to be stored on the floor of the kitchen. Please ensure all dishes and food equipment are stored off of the floor to help prevent potential contamination and remove potential food sources for pests. The operator placed the indicated dishes into the dishwashing sink during the inspection.

- A spray can of Doktor Doom was observed beside the handwashing sink. Please ensure chemicals are stored separately from the kitchen area. Please ensure only licensed pest control operators apply pesticides in the facility. The operator removed the indicated spray can during the inspection.

No observed at TOI Nov 04 2024.** There was visible mould observed in the silicone sealant behind the kitchen sinks. All silicone material requires removal, bleach surfaces, dry, and seal.** The side edge of the counter surface was missing by the sinks. Please replace of refinish.
