      • Observed staff not washing hands in-between changing gloves. Ensure handwashing occurs before and after glove use to help prevent contamination of food and food-contact surfaces.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Staff incorrectly described the 3-compartment dishwashing sink procedure. Ensure dishes are washed, rinsed and then sanitized in a sanitizer such as 100ppm bleach/chlorine for a minimum of two minutes.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Pool test strips observed. Ensure bleach/chlorine test strips which can measure 100ppm bleach/chlorine sanitizer are acquired.
