      • Sink cabinets with chemicals in them were left unlocked in the infant and toddler room. Corrected during the inspection.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • In the hand sink in the toddler room did not have paper towels. Corrected during the inspection.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The handsink in the OSC reached 51C. Lower to 49C by June 21, 2026.

      • 1) The vinyl on some sleeping mats in the baby, toddler and preschool rooms was cracking, exposing the foam inside.
