      • Chlorine solution was at 0 ppm. A new solution was made with a concentration of 100 ppm. Violation corrected during inspection

      • Chlorine test strips are out of date. One expired in 2019. Place new test strips in the kitchen and use on a daily basis.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Staff washroom did not have paper towels. Violation corrected during the inspection.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Last pest control checklist was completed in Oct 2025. Please ensure that you completed them monthly.

      • Staff washroom - There was no hot water present at the faucet in the staff washroom.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a leak observed under the dishwashing sinks. Repair required.
