      • Staff personal belongings are stored in cabinets with no child lock in rooms purple, orange, and teal. Staff may have hazardous items like medications that can be accessed by children.- Please install childproof locks for cabinets with staff personal belongings.

      • Green room: The first aid kit was missing items including CPR masks and emergency blankets.- Please review the updated first aid kit guidelines. Update all of the first aid kits in the classrooms.

      • The gasket inside the washing machine had build-up of dirt and mold.- Please clean and sanitize the gasket. Please also keep the door open when finishing a washing cycle to allow the machine to dry out.
