      • The bleach sanitizer was measured at 50 ppm. Please ensure the bleach sanitizer is 100 ppm. Staff prepared a fresh bleach solution that measured at 100 ppm.

      • A thermometer was not available to check the temperature of foods. Please obtain a probe thermometer to check the temperature of foods.

      • Appropriate chlorine test strip is not available to test the sanitizer solution. Please obtain chlorine test strips.

      • Main kitchen: Counter behind 2 comp sink faucet was damaged and wall underneath was water damaged. - Repair the counter surface so it is moisture resistant and easy to clean. - Check the wall underneath for any mould and remediate if necessary.

      • Paper towels were not stored in a dispenser because they did not fit there. - Obtain paper towels that fit into the dispenser.
