      • -There was a large black and silver electrical outlet in the OSC. Ensure it is covered and not accessible to children.

      • -There were colourful foam blocks in the Toddler Room that had bite marks and pieces missing. Please remove damaged blocks. These blocks are not recommended for younger children as pieces that have been bitten off can become a choking hazard.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • -There was a large black and silver electrical outlet in the OSC. Ensure it is covered and not accessible to children.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • -The diaper mat in the Pre-school Room was being stored on the floor. Ensure the mat is stored out of children’s reach and cleaned and disinfected on both sides after each use.

      • -The surface of the ceilings, walls, and/or floors in this social care facility are not acceptable. Ensure the stained ceiling tiles in the Toddler and Pre-school Room are replaced.
