- Reinspection of kitchen for high temperature dishwasher rinse temperature from April 1 2026Arctic mechanical was called in to service the dishwasher.The rinse temperature still did not reach 71 Celsius as tested with a dishwasher safe maximum minimum read thermometer.Greg will call Arctic mechanical back in to check the machine again and let me know when the temperature is reaching 71 Celsius.Please correct by May 14, 2026
