- A strainer was being stored in the hand-washing station upon arrival. Owner removed strainer during inspection. Ensure all hand-washing stations are not obstructed and are solely for hand washing purposes only. There is a designated washroom for customers. However, adjacent is another washroom used for the next-door business. Owner stated that her customers will use both washrooms. The washroom closest to the back door did not have paper towel in a dispenser. Please ensure that all washrooms have fully stocked handwashing supplies.

- The facility needs to complete a deep clean. The following areas had a buildup of grease, food and or debris:-Underneath and between the deep fryers-Underneath fridges and freezers. -The wall and vent covers had dust-The ventilation hood filters had a buildup of grease
