      • There is no dedicated sink for reprocessing semi-critical tools. Previously the bathroom sink or kitchen sink was being used.The bathroom sink can only be used to reprocesses non-critical tools following a dual sink decontamination step between handwashing and reprocessing. Semi-critical tools cannot be reprocessed in a room with a toilet or where other daily activities take place such as a kitchen sink.** Ensure a plumbed in reprocessing sink is installed.
