Temperature records were not available for refrigerators that contain high risk / perishable foods / beverages.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure all refrigerators (that contain high risk/perishable food and/or beverage items) contain a functional thermometer inside. 2. Temperature records must be maintained for any refrigerator(s) used to store high risk/perishable foods / beverages (such as pre-made infant formula). A temperature record sheet was provided to the director of this facility.
