      • Refrigeration unit for chutney in disrepair.
      • Move products to the other coolers and repair cooler so it maintains temperature of 4°C or less. Comments Routine inspection conducted with store owner. FoodSafe certificate observed. Cold holding temperatures meet health requirement. One cooler for chutney reading at 7°C; needs adjustment. Hot holding at greater than 60°C, please regularly stir the pot to ensure proper temperature and keep a temperature log. Dishwasher was tested using test strip and it was greater than 71°C at plate level. Surface sanitizer at 200 ppm chlorine. Biweekly pest control services performed. Proper thawing procedures followed. Note: Back mesh window panel missing, work order placed.
