      • Back handwashing sink was not equipped with single-use paper towels. Owner refilled paper towel dispenser. Corrected. Ensure hand sinks are fully equipped with hot and cold water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at all times.

      • Rips observed at the bottom of both screen doors inside kitchen area (2 doors). Repair both screen doors. This prevents the entry of rodents and other pests.
    • Operations and Maintenance/Other
      • Temperature logs not available. Measure and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers on premises at least once daily. Keep temperature logs on site for review.
      • Comments Routine inspection conducted today with owner. All coolers measured at lower than or equal to 4°C. Freezers measured at lower than or equal to -18°C. Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm at plate level. Quats surface sanitizer measured 200 ppm. Test strips available. No signs of pest activity. Food stored properly, protected from contamination. Facility is clean. Note: Operator not able to locate Food Safe level 1 certificate at time of inspection. Send photo/copy of valid Food Safe level 1 certificate to Environmental Health Officer via email by August 27, 2026. Send photo of repaired kitchen screen doors to Environmental Health Officer via email by September 2, 2026.
