      • Observation: Observed the east garage door slightly open (about a foot open) AGAIN -no active shipping observed
      • As well, there are gaps in the garage seal on the bottom and a door sweep is needed for the exterior door on the west side food preparation area
      • Corrective Action(s): Keep the exterior doors always closed and seal any gaps more then a 1/4" for the entry of rodents

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach concentration in sanitizer bottle measured less than 50ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bleach sanitizer solution is made daily. Use 5mL unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water. Staff made new sanitizer at the time of inspection, measuring 100ppm chlorine.

      • Observation: Front left bay door in front of walk in freezer has gaps on sides - damaged at base of bay door.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all exterior doors (bay doors) close tightly and door sweeps installed at bottom to prevent possible pest entry into facility. All gaps must be sealed. In the meantime consult pest control about pest control devices on each side of bay door to catch any possible rodents entering facility through side gaps.
