      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and disinfect. If the kegs are no longer in use remove from facility

      • Observation: Some of the handsinks are missing paper towel dispensers or the soap dispensers not affixed to the wall.
      • A few of the fluourscent bulb fixtures are missing shatter shields
      • Corrective Action(s): Prior to resuming food preparation services in this premise all handsinks must adequately stocked as well as shatter shields in place on all kitchen light fixtures
