    1 infraction

    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • A new circulation pump has been installed that has a larger HP motor. The anti-entrapment compliance plan must be updated and confirmed to still be in compliance as the larger pump can produce higher flow than the previous one. Operations manager confirmed they have hired the pool service provider to complete the report. Ensure a copy is provided as soon as possible to confirm compliance.
  2. Risk Management Inspection

    3 infractions

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The chemical feed pumps were not connected to the controller through the conduit and dedicated outlets installed as part of the original pool system. A number of extension cords and a y adapter extension cord were used and plugged into outlets. Consolidate the electrical system to utilize the as designed electrical outlets for the chemical system. If these outlets are not in good repair than hire a certified electrician to conduct repairs so the system is working as designed.Operations manager noted that the flow switch requires replacement and their pool service provider was contacted to service the system.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The flow rate for the pool was noted at 192 GPM. The pressures on the filters were 25/28PSI respectfully. Check if filters require backwashing as pool service company that installed the new pump confirmed the system was able to achieve >200 GPM. Ensure that the pool flow is maintained at no less than 200 GPM and no more that 211 GPM.

    1 infraction

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The flow rate of the system was observed to be 181 GPM. The turnover period based on this flow rate is 4.4 hours. Determine cause of the drop-in flow rate and ensure the system can be brought back to at least 200 GPM as was noted during the last onsite inspection in July 2025.

  5. Risk Management Inspection

    2 infractions

    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The pH chemical feed pump was plugged into an outlet with constant electricity. pH on the controller was observed to be 6.4. The pH chemical feed plug was moved to the outlet labeled as pH feed outlet that is connected to the controller. Ensure that the pH chemical feed pump is controlled by the chemical controller and is not left to feed unmonitored. Contact your pool service provider to make the necessary adjustments to bring the pH to within 6.8-7.6

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The flow rate of 130 GPM was noted on the Flowvis flow meter. The turnover for the pool is 6.15 hours and exceeds the required 4 hr. turnover. Address the flow rate immediately to ensure proper return of filtered and treated water. Provide the undersigned with a corrective action plan to address the lack of flowrate.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • As the pump was turned off there was no water in the flow cell for the controller probes. Make sure if the probes do not remain dry for extended periods of time as this may cause premature failure.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
