- A large cardboard box of food was placed directly on the hand sink in the front service area. This was relocated by the staff member. All hand sinks must remain easily accessible at all times.

- The interior and exterior of the dishwasher had a buildup of dirt and grime and must be thoroughly cleaned.

- The grease trap replacement is ongoing as a part of maintenance with wooden cardboard on the floor.-Food debris and fine dust observed on surfaces and hard to reach surfaces. Please ensure that the facility is cleaned, and appropriate areas are sanitized for safe food handling. -Items not used are cluttering at the back food prep area. Such items may be moved away / re-organized for ease of cleaning and pest monitoring.
