      • 1) The light fixture in the walk in cooler was half full with water. Maintain light fixtures appropriately to prevent electric shock and fire. Ensure electrical work is completed by a qualified individual.June 7, 2023 - The light fixture had been looked at by a technician but there was still some water inside the cover. June 23, 2023-The operator was waiting for the technician to return to repair the light.
