      • One cooler was missing at the bar. Currently on order.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • There is not adequate space for dirty dishes and clean in the same space. There is only one drying area/dirty dish area. Install racks above the sinks to allow for clean dishes to be placed while drying.

      • There was no surface sanitizer onsite.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Separation between the washroom and food prep/service area was missed on the plans by EPH. Customers can walk into kitchen area and have access to prep/service. Please install a barrier on the wall/prep table to prevent customer access.
