      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer present in sanitizer bucket. Sanitizer being dispensed from wall mounted dispenser has no detectable level of sanitizer. Sanitizer concentrate observed in clear plastic line is only half way up line and did not move when dispenser turned on. Ecolab called by staff during inspection for a service.
      • Corrective Action(s): *Manually dispense sanitizer until dispenser is fixed* Follow instructions on side of bottle.

      • Corrective Action(s): Manually dispense sanitizer until unit is repaired. Have unit serviced and obtain new test strips. Due: Aug 18, 2025

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foam meat containers stored in top shelf had meat residue on them. There is cross contamination. Given that the containers were not actively being used to package meat and left at room temperature. The microbes on raw meat can grow to large quantities and cross contaminate other products
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are aware of products/surfaces they are touching when handling raw meats and wearing gloves. Complete packaging of meat products and dispose of any contaminated foam containers with meat residue

      • Observation: Meat stored inside cardboard boxes in walk in cooler. Meat juices had been absorbed onto cardboard which is an ideal condition for microbal growth from raw meat
