- 1.) No soap available for manual warewashing in the ddishwashing area nor the premises.
- 2.) Knives and meat slicer (detachable parts) were not being propperly sanitize.

- 1.) Purchase soap (dishwashing) and use it to wash and clean diswares.
- 2.) After washing and rinsing the dishwares, sanitize the dishwares by soaking it into bleach solution for 2 minutes.
