     • Wooden cutting board mounted to warmer has a gap that is not cleanable.
     • Lighting in walk in cooler is poor.
     • Corrective Action(s): All worn and warped carts should be replaced so that they are cleanable.
     • Gap along cutting board is not cleanable and requires proper sealing or replacement. All equipment used should be designed for ease of cleaning.
     • Ensure that lighting in the walk in cooler is adequate for cleaning purposes. Remove ice build up in light cover.
