- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff washing blender tops in 3 compartment sink. They were washed, rinsed and sanitized, however the sanitizing step was only a quick dip in the solution.
- Corrective Action(s): As per the manufacturer's instructions for Quats which are posted above the sink. Items must be submerged in the sink for at least 1 min. Then removed and allowed to air dry. Please ensure all staff are aware of the requirement.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink was filled with food equipment at time of inspection. No other sinks available. Therefore, had to have staff member clean it out in order to wash hands.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Liquid hand soap dispenser at hand washing sink has fallen off the wall, and dispenser was not working.
- Corrective Action(s): Hand sinks must be properly supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Staff supplied the hand sink with an additional liquid soap refill at time of inspection. Ensure soap dispenser is affixed to the wall after repairing/replacing battery (see violation code 308).

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Yogurt stored in metal insert on ice was measured to be at 10C. Staff stated the yogurt had been out since before noon.
- Corrective Action(s): Yogurt discarded at time of inspection. Cold potentially hazardous food must be held at 4C or colder. Ensure ice level is high enough so that the metal insert is submerged in the ice. If yogurt is above 4C, it must be discarded every 2 hours.

- Corrective Action(s): Staff stated the soap dispenser had been moved to the washroom, as the washroom soap dispenser stopped working. An extra supply of hand soap was available in the back storage area - staff supplied hand sink with soap.
