- Observation(s): -Glasswasher does not provide enough water pressure to support sufficient cleaning and sanitizing actions according to operator. It was not in use at the time of inspection. -Advised operator to use food safe sanitizer on food contact surfaces. Bleach solution at 200ppm is an acceptable food contact surface sanitizer. Prepare 1 tsp of house hold bleach in 1L to get the desired concentration of 200ppm. Label properly
