      • Hand sanitizer was noted to have expired in 2022. Please ensure that alcohol-based hand rub is not expired in order to be effective hand cleanser.

      • Used tools for nail services are being stored in a stainless steel gravy boat. Please ensure that storage of used nail equipment is being stored in soapy water prior to immersion in CS20 disinfectant solution. When contaminated equipment is not in use, it should be stored in a way that prevents soil from hardening.

      • The following items were noted to be expired: 1. PREempt CS20 test strips 2. PREempt CS20 disinfectant: expired in August 20233. PREempt CS20 accelerated hydrogen peroxide wipes: expired in April 2023Please ensure disinfectant solutions and wipes are not expired when in use for effective disinfection/sterilization and to have un-expired test strips available for accurate concentration testing.
