- Sanitizer verified at 100 ppm. Spray bottle verified at 200ppm. Observed product from machine dispensing at just under 200ppm then 200ppm. Have chemical dispenser checked and ensure product is maintained at 200ppm

- Observed lunch items (battered fish and tatter tots) on counter at room temperature (waiting to be fried). Reviewed ensuring products are stored at 4.0 C or colder OR 60 C or hotter. Products placed back in walk-in freezer during inspection.
