- Water observed to be leaking at the base of the mechanical dishwasher in the kitchen while in operation and operator reported leaking at plumbing fixtures under adjacent two compartment sink. Schedule maintenance and repair mechanical dishwashing machine if required. Operator reported plumbing maintenance has been scheduled with expected assessment in 1-2 days.

- Sanitizer level in both mechanical glass washers located behind the bar insufficient with concentration measuring less than 12.5 ppm iodine. Mechanical glass washers require serving to ensure proper dish sanitizing is accomplished with sanitizer concentration measuring between 12.5 ppm and 25 ppm. Operator agreeable to utilize mechanical dishwasher located in kitchen for glass washing in the interim.
