      • 1. Hydrogen peroxide was used as a food surface sanitizer.Use chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm or quats sanitizer at 200 ppm.2. Used wiping cloths used to clean the espresso machine wand was stored on the base of the espresso machine.Wiping cloths intended to be reused must be stored in a sanitizer solution at the correct concentration and changed every 2 hours.

      • There was no paper towel at the handwashing sink. Barista was using a cleaning cloth to wipe their hands after handwashing. Additional paper towels were available but was not stored in a suitable paper towel dispenser.Store paper towel in suitable paper towel dispenser.

      • The facility was operating contrary to the terms and conditions of their food permit conditions. The facility was using reusable utensils to serve customers. and a residential dishwasher to wash reuseable customer utensils.Terms and conditions on permit: Single service customer utensils only due to limited dishwashing.Use single-use utensils or install a commercial dishwasher.

      • Debris build-up was stored around the edges of the ice machine.Clean and sanitize the ice machine.
