      • Ensure that fridge temperature is maintained at 4C at all times; ensure that the fridge is not overfull/ or that the vents are blocked. As discussed.

      • Improper dishwashing practices; Ensure that proper dishwashing procedures are followed.Ensure that the dishwasher is monitored daily using a waterproof thermometer with the capability to measure the high temperature with max hold feature.

      • Cases of unopened food was stored on the floor by the entrance, but was corrected immediately.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Fridge temperature in Toddler 4 and Toddler 5 were between 6-8 C. Asked that perishables be stored in the kitchen in the interim and staff should be reading the thermometer carefully.
