- -There was a fabric rocking sheep in the Baby Room that cannot be properly cleaned. Please remove.-There was a black couch in the Toddler Room with a peeling cover. Please repair/remove.

- -Water play tables used at this social care facility are not being managed properly. Operator indicated that water in the OSC sensory table is kept all day without changing. Water tables should be changed at minimum every 2 hours.

- -There was a pole in the OSC Room that had chipped and peeling paint. Please ensure it is smoothed and sealed.

- -Cleaning schedules in the OSC and Infant Room were not being maintained. Ensure they are filled out daily.

- -There was a slide in the Infant Room kept on carpet. Please add additional protective cushioning under the slide.

- CDI -Chemicals for this social care facility are not being handled or stored in a proper manner. Chemicals were being stored on the kitchen floor; they were moved out of children’s reach at the time of inspection.
- 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
- The following potential hazards were noted:-There was an area rug in the Little Toddler’s Room that was rolling up at the corners. Please address as this is a tripping hazard.- Sharp edges were noted on fire extinguisher boxes throughout the facility. Please install bumper pads.
- 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
- The following concerns were noted in diapering areas:-A diaper pad was being stored on the floor of the washroom. Please store off the floor and out of children’s reach.-One of the diaper change pads in the washroom was torn; please repair/replace.-The Baby Room sink was being used for purposes other than handwashing; craft supplies were observed in the sink. Ensure the sinks used for diapering are designated for diapering only and not used for any other purpose

- -The facility or equipment is not in good repair, and/or is not being kept in a clean condition. There was a large portion of wall in the Pre-K Room where the paint was peeling. Please repair.
