- Preschool washroom had poor lighting. A flashlight was required to determine if the flooring was clean or not.Ensure lighting is improved to ensure proper cleaning and pest control monitoring can be conducted.

- Update:d June 6, 2025The diaper mat in the toddler room was in good condition. The one in the preschool washroom was damaged.Remove the diaper pad in the washroom and replace with one in good condition.

- Sleeping mats/bedding were disinfected and laundered weekly but not labelled. Staff kept the bedding/mats individual to each child by memorizing the different bedding.This is problematic since it could lead to sharing a mat without washing the bedding or disinfecting the mats. Since there could be a memory error or a staff absence could occur and the replacement would have no idea which mat/bedding belonged to which child.Labell each mat/bedding with that child's name.
